I garuntee my work with in "normal use" of the items. "Noromal Use" means that the item is used for what it was designed for. All Warenty issues are subject to review by D.F.Smith for viability.

What are your delivery options?

 

D.F. SMITH Historic Designs ships via United States Parcel Service. Priority Mail, Which usually takes 2-3 days.

How do I track my order?

 

Once shipped, your items will be tracked through Pay Pal, or in the event you pay by Cashieers Cheque or Money Order. I will furnish a tracking number

 

 

when does my order ship?

 

Generally, In Stock Items with in 2-3 days of purchase. I ship every Monday & Friday by  United States Priority mail (Unless arranged otherwise, Contact us) . 

 

Items that are Made to Order Currently  take 4-6 Months

 

I am a one man shop, I make 90% of and stock all the items sold here.

 

How do I return an item?

 

With in 10 days of recieving your order, contact D.F.Smith, & we can work out your return

What is your returns policy?

 

Returns will be honored with in 10 days of receiving your item.

 

This applies ONLY in regards to "In Stock" Items 

 

Custom Crafted Items, Commissioned Items, Sale Items or

"At Customer Request" Modified items
